Turn meaningful artwork into a genuine custom stained-glass heirloom. Submit your own drawing, emblem, family symbol, wedding artwork, pet portrait reference, architectural motif, logo, faith symbol, landscape concept, or other personal design and Crest & Crown will adapt it for stained-glass production.

This commission is intended for customers who already have an idea or visual reference and want it translated into a finished glass panel with the character of the original preserved.

Standard-Complexity Starting Prices

• Small Commission — approx. 8 × 10 in: $895
• Signature Commission — approx. 12 × 16 in: $1,595
• Grand Commission — approx. 16 × 20 in: $2,495

These are starting prices for standard custom artwork commissions using selections from our broad premium stained-glass palette. Every design is reviewed for piece count, cutting difficulty, glass selection, lettering, framing, and fabrication time before production begins.

Complexity & Specialty Materials

Standard: Base price shown. Suitable for simplified artwork, clear shapes, controlled piece count, and normal premium glass selections.

Detailed: Additional segmentation, complex imagery, difficult cuts, more lettering, or higher fabrication time may require a higher quote.

Masterwork: Highly intricate designs, unusual shapes, painted or etched glass, bevels, jewels, mouth-blown or exceptionally costly glass, extensive framing, or oversized panels are quoted individually.

Normal color selection from our premium glass library is included. Rare or exceptionally costly specialty glass may require an additional material charge. Any adjustment is quoted for approval before fabrication begins.

Commission Process

1. Select an approximate size.
2. Submit your reference artwork and preferred colors.
3. We evaluate the design for stained-glass feasibility, material requirements, and production complexity.
4. If the design fits Standard complexity, the displayed price applies. If not, we provide a revised quote before moving forward.
5. We simplify, segment, and refine the composition where necessary.
6. You receive a digital proof for approval before fabrication.
7. After approval, the panel moves into made-to-order production.

Designed for Real Stained Glass

Not every image can be reproduced literally in true stained glass. Photographs, gradients, tiny lettering, and extremely fine details may need to be reinterpreted into larger shapes, color fields, and lead or foil lines. We preserve the visual identity and meaning of the original while adapting it to the medium.

Digital proof included. Final production specifications, lead time, hanging hardware, framing options, and shipping requirements are confirmed as part of the commission process.

Product images are design visualizations showing representative customization and presentation possibilities. Final appearance will vary according to the customer's approved proof, selected glass, size, and fabrication requirements.
