1. Choose Your Heirloom

Select the product, size, finish, and available design options that best fit your occasion.

2. Submit Your Personalization

Provide the names, dates, inscription, artwork, crest, photograph, handwriting, or other information requested on the product page.

3. Review Your Digital Proof

For custom artwork and personalized designs, we prepare a digital proof before production. Production begins after the design is approved.

4. We Craft Your Piece

Your approved design is produced in wood with attention to engraving clarity, proportion, finish, and presentation. Natural grain and tone will vary from piece to piece.

5. Your Heirloom Is Prepared for Delivery

Each piece is inspected before shipment and packaged to protect the finished work.

Custom Artwork

If your order uses a family crest, coat of arms, house photograph, handwritten recipe, business logo, or other customer-supplied artwork, please provide the clearest source file available. Complex or damaged artwork may require additional preparation, which will be discussed before production.
